Release and Waiver
On my behalf and on behalf of my minor children and/or legal wards (herein referred to as “Releasors”), do hereby acknowledge the following:
I understand and appreciate the risks and hazards that may present themselves to me and/or my minor children while participating in activities associated with Range Transitional Housing, Inc. (RTH).
I understand such risks and hazards present a possibility of personal injury to me and/or my minor children and/or legal wards. I understand that my participation in the Bobber Stop Ice Fishing Tournament implies that I have assumed the inherent risks of personal injury associated with such activities. The signed RELEASORS, being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted to participate in activities at RTH do hereby release and forever discharge RTH its management, agents and employees, their heirs, administrators and executors, of and from any and every claim, demand, action, right of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, arising from or by reason of any bodily injury or personal injuries (known or unknown), death or property damage resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as the result of my participation in any activities associated with RTH whether by negligence or not.
The RELEASE shall be effective against me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as my minor children and/or legal wards, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
Each of the signed RELEASORS further states that he/she has carefully read the foregoing
RELEASE, knows the contents thereof and signs this RELEASE as of his/her own free act.
